What's next for me for 2009.

Promise for 2009

1. To create and practise COMMITMENT.
To create and have a close and committed relationship with my buddy, Chang Liang.

2. To be and practise BEing a LEADER.
To be Ruby by June 2009, so as to qualify for Nu Skin 25th Anniversary and be in LA for the event.

3. To work on myself; PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
To practise to honour my word with my action, as reflected by my being early or punctual for all my appointments.

4. To create and have GOOD RELATIONSHIP with my downlines
To create good and mutually respectful and beneficial relationship with my downlines.


Structure
I'll have weekly mtgs with my buddy.

I'd like to request a formal monthly or bi-weekly mtgs/ sessions with you as my upline - who will guide and support me in my quest for Ruby pin title as well as get updates on my downlines. I'll explain why I'm requesting this instead of a formal coaching relationship with you personally later.

Have weekly/bi-weekly mtgs with my downlines, to know where they are, and to support and guide them to achieve their NS promise.
